The sun is out and there’s a spring in our steps! Can we, Ashley Down Primary School, walk the distance from Land’s End to John O'Groats in just two weeks?   We’ll need to take 2,299,172 steps (or 1,576.77km or 979.76m) to make it!

Join our All-School Walking Challenge

Join in from Monday, May 3rd to Friday, May 14th, to help us reach our destination (virtually!), and to raise some funds for our school at the same time!

All you need to do is count your families' 'steps' to and from school, to the shops, to the pub, on your daily exercise and add them to our group total – everyone in your family counts, and every step counts too!

If you don’t actually want to sum up your steps, you can add the distance that you walked, ran, cycled, or rowed to our group total.

If you walk 300m to school, that already takes us 306 steps closer to John O’Groats!  

If you don't want to add your steps manually, you can sync our challenge with your Fitbit, Apple Health and Google Fit.
